are very upsetting and NOT TRUE. you are using examples and views from 
Smriti and vedanta which are much letter then Vadic period and are 
already manupulated by rise of hindu believes. In Vadic times women 
were entitled to same eduacation in all sense as man.there are known 
woman who not only contributed to original vedas; also performed 
'yagna' and maintained independent spiritual practice. First woman 
woul be "Lopamudra".Others would be "maitreyi" and "Gargi" both of 
them officially participated and won 'yagnavalkya"in philosophy and 
spiritual debates in the court of king Janak. From the time of Rigved 
Sanhita There were two recognised classification of such woman_ 1) 
"brahvadini_one who was bramhacharini; got "diksha" or "upnayan 
sanskar" right to gayatri yagna and other vedic rituals. 2) 
sadyavadini_one who got married and on the time of merriage got 
"upnayan sanskar" right to gayatri puja and yagna. As time passed 
these became less ans less practised. My knowlege comes from somebody 
who ahd first handedly studied Vedas and was also an initiated ISCON 
devotee. I would request you to be more"open minded" with your 
interpretations and message.MOreover if you say these are your on view 
of the matter it is acceptable BUT to pass it is as "the absolute 
truth according to vedas" is pure ignorence and very unfortunate. hope 
you help people through your teaching of dharma, that is what

The more I get into VEDA, the better I like it. It's a great site with 
_a lot_ of resources. Until now I've only seen a small part of it, but 
I suspect it beats the BBT's krishna.com in many respects. Is it ok to 
extract some of VEDA's content and re-arrange it in the form of

I first started using veda.harekrsna.cz back in I think it was 2003 or 
04. I was in college at the time and they had free printing so I 
printed up several 1000's of pages of you site. They are all now 
organized in big binders and are here in the Dallas temple library. I
