Wed are going to do the final chapter of the first part.
Yesterday we discussed how K was lying on His bed. He covered
His whole body with the chaddar or bed sheet and He didn't get up
because He was feeling the separation from the residents of Vrn
very intensly due to some dreams He had that nioght. Then NM
went there in order to meet Uddhava and then as NM started to
glorfy U as a great dee U reminded NM that previously himself
also used to think that he was the greatest devotee of K but ever
since he went to Vrn that idea he gave u[p because he saw the
very elevated positoin of the resident sof Vrn especially the
gopis. ANd at that time deifferent dees made various comments.
Mother Rohini made various comments and told U U don't remind me
of the gopis because their condition is so pathetic that even
wqhen I think of it my heart breaks. Then Padavati made some
comments saying how badly ther esidents of Vrn treated K. K had
to stay in the house of Nanda Maharaj and Nanda Maharaj made K
work like a menial servant. He sent Him to the field taking care
of the cows, he didn't even buy Him a pari of shoes so He had to
go barefoot and when K sdtole some milk they didn't feed Him
prop0erly it was because He was hungry and then Mother Yasoda
tied Him up and chastised Him. And then ZMother Rohini ignored
Padvati and started making further comments about the condition
of the gopis and how K is so unconcerned about them. They had to
undergo so many difficulties because of K's presence, demons were
coming to the village adn attacking them time and time again.
And now K doesn't` even remeber the residents of Vrn. At that
time Rukmini Devi reminded Rohini Devi that that is not true
because at night in sleep K calls out the residents of Vrn by
their names. HE calls out Mother Yasoda and asks her to give Him
some butter, He calls out the same of Srimati Radharani, Lalita
and Chandravali. At that time Satyabhama also interrupted saying
why only at night, even during the daytime when K is awake K
asvctual.ly behaves in such a way as if the gopis are so dear to
Him that the position of the Queens of Dwarka are not euqal to
the gopis. Then Balaram started to say something also. HGE said
that K just simply pretends as if He is missing the residents of
Vrn so much but if He really misses them so much then why doesn't
He go there? And once Balarama went and stayed in Vrn for tewo
months and HE saw the condition of the residents of Vrn and He
felt that unless K goes there then nothing can save them, they
are going to die. At that time K could not restrain Himself. He
just got out of bed and started to cry and He said that If I
could do anything to console them I eould do that. In this way
He was lamenting and Balarama also was lamenting Their separation
from the residents of Vrn and bothe the brothers embracing each
other started to cry and They fainted and when They fainted sthen
Rukmini, Satyabhama, Rohini, Padmavati, U they all started to cry
and the sound of their cry reached the Suddhama assemby and
Ugrasena and otehr memvers of the family just rushed into the
inner chamber of K's palace wondering what had happened. N ow we
will continue from that point onwards.

Chapter seven actually is enbtitled The Recipiemnt of Complete
Mercy. Now we will finsd out who is the greatest recipient of
K's mercy, who is the greatest devotee of K. The sound of the
Yadavas crying ...reading until ...only Rohini devi was allowednto go there. Why was Rohini Devi allowed to go there? Of all
those present there she was the only one who was in Vrn when K
was there. In New Vrn....reading until...and understood Brahma's
arrangement. Balrama came back to His senses and He understood
that They were actually brought to Revaki mountain where
Visvakarma built New Vrn. Unable to leave K ...reading
until...flute in K's belt. In Dwarka K was dressed as a king but
Balarama understood Brahma's arrangement so He made arrangements
so that when K comes back to His senses He would feel that He is
back in Vrn so he stuck a flute in K's `belt. He also decorated
K....reading until....Crown of peacock feather. This is how K is
dressed in Vrn. Vetra means a cane and it is meant for
controlling the cows. Venu is a buffalo horn and vishana is alos
another kind of flute and peacock feather crown and kandarpa
flower garland. He then picked K up...reading until...on nthe
bank of the ocean. K He felt as if whatever happened to Him in
the recent past was nothing but a dream and when he saw Mother
yasoda even though they were only statutes they were so real that
even K thought they were actually His mother adn father. His
mother did not say anything..reading until....while we go to the
forest. He told Balarama that if you don't think that I had some
absolutely wierd dream then I will tell you as We go to the
forest. K then stretched out His hand..reading until...Rohini
Devi qucikly told Krsna. At tleast somne were alive. Rohini and
Baladeva were there and that made K feel as if everyone was real.
Rohini Devi quickly told K...reading until...He did not eat it.
Mother Yasoda was holding some butter in her hand so this was
also created by Visvakarma and this was stolen by K but if K ate
the butter then He would have realized thgat it was not real
butter and all the fun wiould have been spoilt so Yogamaya sent
Balarama forward and as K could not share it with Balarama
therefore K did not eat it. K always offers everything to B
first and then He takes it. On the way K met...reading
until...cgikldren through them. So K was thinking Radhika being
omniscient knew about His dream and therefore She had become
angry with Him. Now it is getting late...reading
until...Yudisthira to perform sacrifice. In this way Balarama
reminded K about His responsibilities as yugaavatara. Balrama
condintued...reading until...K became angry hearing that and
said. Krsna hearing these words from B He became influenced by
chivoraj, the mellow of chivalry, and His ksatriya spirit started
to come out. QUedtion: Why was Padvati influenced by lust in
that way? Answer: Krsna is the transcendtal cupid and He
invokes the real lust. SOme can control it and some could not.
Padvati and Satyabhama, theose who were more emotional, and they
had to be checked. And also K was the grandson of Padvati so in
Vedic culture the grandmother adn grandson they have a funny
relationship like that of husband and wife. K became angry
hearing...reading until...Styabhama was absent. WQhen they
returned everyone was there in the palace but Satyabhama was
missing so K He asked U about her. U said my Lord...reasding
until...maidservants of those cowherd girls. So she didn't spare
this opportunity to insult Devaki and Satyabhama telling them you
all are so puffed up thinking about your elevated position as K's
mother adn K's queen but see how K is behaving with the statues
of those gopis so you can well imagine what relationship He hasnwith them You are not even fit to be the maidservants of these
gopis so better you perform some austerities so that someday you
can become the madiservants of these gopis. So Satyabaham was
hurt. Mother Devaki replied...reading until...could not tolerate
that. Satyabhama is so possessive as I said Satybahama is
emotion personified so she is so highly strung that any wrong
note and she just throws a tantrum. K became angry upon hearing
that...reading until...then I am prepared to do that. In this
way K is establishing the postion of the gopis in Vrn. Brahma
mentioned in his prayer...reading until...separation with
separation. Question: This phrase relieving fire with fire is
not familiar to me? Answer:
